I have a LG Lucid and recently my backup assistant plus keeps asking for authorization for first time use. This happens almost every day. Is this a common occurrence?
I'm having the same problem and can't get BA to work.
Haven't found a solution yet on the forums.
Am now getting a (05) communication error.

There's been an issue with Back up Assistant, the estimated time it will be fixed is by 4/22
