When I recently used back up to transfer everything to a new phone (same model) it said all was completed and all contacts, music, pictures, flix were transferred. The only thing transferred was Pic Album. NOT the messaging album. An OLDER version of my contact list and none of the music. Did I miss a folder somewhere? Or did I do something?
We need to get to the bottom of this, TFortner. Do you still have your previous phone available? If so, I would reactivate the previous phone, complete a new backup to ensure that all the files are backed up. Then go through the files to identify where the files you're missing are located prior to reactivating the new phone and transferring the files.
