Is this a known issue with this new phone? In store rep said most of the ones they had sold are doing this. Some they swapped out fixed it, but many didn't so they stopped swapping them and are just telling customers that it will do this but it doesn't affect the phone. Hope VZW fixes this one quick.
I had this issue and ended up having to exchange for a new phone.
