Adjusting Android back up settings from remote iPad/PC

Is it possible to adjust the Cloud backup settings for an Android device via an iPad or PC? The Android device is in one location and the iPad/PC in another. The Android device has already gone thru initial setup. We are hoping to adjust the backup frequency and content to be included in back up. Thanks for the help in advance!

There isn't a way to do it That way. Everything has to be done from the device.

That has to be done from settings in the vcloud from app on phone not an iPad.  On pc you can log in to your www.vzw.com and click I want to button and choose manage cloud media
