Why Buy A Droid over an IPhone

compared to a bb. droid is not consumer friendly. no repeating notififcations on any level , if u miss the first notifications it will not go agian u must check the phone constantly, and there is no app like bb has for reminders, no mms messaging like sending ringtones to anybody, 80 % of the time apps dont work, the only thing it has is very fast browser, good gps, and big screen. if u like the interaction of mms, the droid stinks. stay with bb until droid straightens there act out. and only defualt ringtones on contacts... very disapointing

1. It's not an apple product (I know I am sometimes alone on this one)
2. Verizon
3. Google Maps Navigation is phenomenal and free
4. Open Source
5. You can remove the battery!
6. It's pretty much a computer that happens to make phone calls
7. It will be getting flash, while iPhone won't (as I last heard)
8. Updates / Support are both great
9. Keyboard (though this is personal preference)
