Interestingly, the Android app finds and uploads every other supported file type (when placed in the proper directories) ... except videos ... even though the videos live in the same directory as the photos it does find. MP4 videos were taken directly by my Samsung Galaxy S4 (as opposed to uploaded to the phone) and should meet all of the necessary criteria. Anybody experience and solve this issue?

We want you to be able to access those important videos fred_wells! Are you able to see any of your videos on Verizon Cloud? Have you tried accessing on a computer versus the app itself? http://vz.to/1iZp7w4

The videos are not being detected and uploaded. Thus, I can't see them
from either the Android or the computer/browser. The Android app
reports that it has found 0 videos. The layout is...
external sd > My Documents > Pictures (tons of pictures - found)
external sd > My Documents > Pictures > Videos (7 videos - not found)
