To add to the GreatOne's post - If you didn't do anything with an antivirus program that might have your phone number, do not replay to the message or call the number - In that case, the message is probably a spam/scam of some sort.

If you think the SMS message was legit, because you DID install an AV product on your phone, here is my thoughts as to running an antivirus product on your Android phone, personally I do not think it's worth it.

First, since there are very few (if any) malware floating around the internet for Android (or any other mobile device) your chances are awfully slim in getting infected.  (There is a big difference between "proof of concept" attacks that exist for all phones, and having the malware actually "in the wild" floating around.)

Secondly, since there really is nothing out there, how do you have the faintest clue that the product is in ANY way effective?  (Unless it keeps popping up a lot of false-positive "notices" to you so you think it's doing something.)  I know of absolutely no testing organization that review the effectiveness of AV products for Android - Again, if there is nothing to test against, how can it be shown that the AV product would actually protect you in any way.

Thirdly, At least one AV product has caused serious rebooting issues in the past.

And finally, AV products (on any platform) slow the computer down as it scans incoming/outgoing traffic, scans files before opening/writing/changing/closing/reading/executing/copying etc.

SMS is an acronym standing for Short Message Service. It is commonly referred to as text messaging or "texting" as well. SMS is a method by which messages can be sent to a cell phone via another cell phone, a computer connected to the Internet, a regular land line, or a handheld device.

Excellent points. It is actually the free App for Droid. Did not call anything, as there really was no number (only incident numbers??) either way the end of the message states to "call" and the last resort was a link to the website.

Which of course...did not indicate anything related to the message or even anything remotely connected to the message.

A bunch of hoowey to confused the recpient  - LOL

Thanks for the comments
