What device are you using? Try uninstalling the entire app (save game data if possible) and reinstall.

Clash of Clans is one of my favorite apps, I want to be sure we get to the bottom of this in no time. I just want to dig a little bit deeper here, where are you going to download the application? Is this happening on Wifi or the cellular network? What device are you currently using?
