The last 10-14 days of May, my internet access/operation was the worst it's been in over a year. Remember a year ago, when you told me my 3G stuff was the problem, so you sold me the 4G stuff I have now because it was going to be sooooo much better, faster, and use less data because of those reasons?
Well, it DOESN'T!
I'm just here to tell you the next time I have issues like those (and I have screenshots of <non-existent> speed tests, and kicked offline, will be the last cent I pay Verizon. You're towers are overloaded, but you don't care, just keep paying my Bill on time like I have for the past 9 years, right?
You think you can hold me to a contract for the terrible service I'm being provided? Guess again, I'll drop Verizon like a hot rock.
My last warning to tell you to provide me the service I pay for, no more, no less, or I'm done. Think I'm kidding? Try me!
