Having difficulty with tempered glass screen protector. Wrote a review of the product per a technical rep but who looks at this?. Very disappointed with its performance. Just found out it is not produced by Verizon but merely sold for the manufacturer. How can I get the issues in front of Verizon and/or the manufacturer?

Who is the manufacturer? Should be on the package. They may have a warranty (again should be on the package or can be found on their website).
