I work at Boeing in Everett and got a 0 mbps speed test with 5 bars of 5g(with a brand new phone), why. This is what I pay $150 a month for???? Beyond pathetic.

Then don't use 5G, problem solved. Either toggle it off if you have an iPhone or swap to a 4G sim card if it's Android. 5G won't be worth caring about for awhile..and I have a Galaxy S20 using the 4G sim out of my old LG.
Did a speed test and got 53.79mbps on the most basic unlimited plan. My line costs me $36.66 before tax thanks to multi line pricing.

Can I still get a 4g sim card for my S20+ from a Verizon Store? I have a new/Verizon-refurbished S8+ phone that I'm not using, but maybe I can say I need one for that...? I assume I could put that in my S20+.
Will that help with overall data speed, or does that depend on the region?
Also, sometimes my gps messes up (locks/stutters) and someone said it had to do with 5g... As you know, you cannot just turn-off 5g on the S20's. But I like your idea of using a 4G sim card.

Sorry, my 4g phone didn't work any better. The equipment isn't sufficient for the number of users. And for what we pay it should just work without any tweeking from me.
