I already get pretty crummy service, usually dropping to 3G and 2-3 bars when I am in my office (that has Verizon repeaters inside the building) and at my house. Typically, though, I go to 1x and if I am lucky during lunch time and when I get home around 5-6 in the evening. This is really a pain in the ass when I am trying to send a simple email or look at a social media post.

I can understand how important it is to have a good working network. So, let's get to work on this to get you up and running at all times. Can you please provide me with your zip code that your office is located in? How long have you been having these kinds of issues? Also, what kind of phone are you using in the office?
