With all the new talk about Verizon soon to start throttling their top 5% data users on the LTE network. How much is considered to be in Verizon's top 5% data users? How do I know if I am in the top 5%?

If you are not on the unlimited plan you do not have to worry about it. It is for the ones on the unlimited plan that is doing nothing but trying to slow down their network. It is such a small group of people I seriously doubt you will have to worry about it. Those it affects will have already of been throttled by now.

They state 4.9GB of monthly usage, but this is a subjective number that is open for debate based on network performance. I've seen myself throttled on 3G well below that number after having used 10-20MB of data in a single session.
