I have encountered similar issues with web browsing, though I haven't tested other apps/websites very much. I power cycle the device 2-3 times a week on average, and I have tried removing the battery. It does tend to occur after long sessions of data usage (i.e. more often in the afternoon), though I have noticed it in the morning and immediately after power cycling the device. I have not tested in another zip code, though I will have an opportunity to do so this weekend.

I'm sorry about your issues heptadragon. I know that not having full use of your phone is frustrating. Thank for attempting to perform trooubl-shooting steps to help resolve your issue. Try clearing the cache and broswer history periodically. Also try removing problematic apps. Keep us posted.
