I live in the 80231 zip code. My neighborhood is all complaining about the 4g Signal here. I have never had it in my neighborhood and live off 1 bar. I hear Verizon will let you sell your phone back and cancel contract when they dont have any network in an area? PS this is metro Denver, so there is no real reason for "America's best network to have no signal out here"
We certainly want to assist you and improve your wireless experience, BSquared5280. I see that your post is dated June 18, are you still experiencing signal issues? Do you see improvement outdoors in comparison with indoors? Phone model?
In the mean time, please power your phone off/on and test.

I spoke with your twitter CS and they are sending me a network extender. I am better, but the rest of this neighborhood is not. YOu dont have a tower anywhere by.
