NOTE 3 POOR RECEPTION IN ORANGE COUNTY, CA. DO I NEED TO GET A DIFFERENT PHONE?

I live in Orange County, CA and have very poor reception with my note 3. The following addresses have almost NO SIGNAL.

My Office: (Removed)

THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I have called, complained, replaced the phone, rebooted, restarted, taken case off, climbed on the roof, blah blah blah. I HAD SERVICE WITH MY OLD MOTOROLA RAZOR.

I JUST VISTED A JOB IN THE JUNGLES OF GUATEMALA AND I HAD BETTER RECEPTION THEN I DO IN ORANGE COUNTY, CA.

I have made several inquiries with no results. They tell me to call the dropped cal number when I drop a call BUT I CANT BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A SIGNAL!!!!!!!! I know the neighborhood to the north of me has POOR signal also.

It appears that i could go with Virgin Mobile, pay half the price and get the same reception. I have been with Verizon for 20 years. HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
