LTE not working in Jackson MI area?

I can't reach the internet through 4G today. I'll get a connection for a minute or two once in a great while but then right back to being connected but having no internet connection. I've tried resetting my network settings on my iPad, I've reprovisioned my account and still am only able to surf the web on 3G, not LTE. Is there issues with the network in this area?

zillagod, thanks for the heads up. No issues reported in Jackson, at this time. You're doing the right troublshooting steps by resetting the network and reprovisioning your account. Have you powered your device off/on yet? Keep us posted.
