We're spending the week with our family in West Dover, VT. The exact location is [removed]. We have an iPad Air, two iPhone 11 Pros, and one Android phone all on Unlimited data plans with Verizon Wireless. We're getting between 3 and 4 bar signal. The data is incredibly slow. It varies between 24 and 32 Kbps. That's correct - Kilobits per second. I've checked our account to make sure we're not over our allowed data usage. We're not. I just don't understand how this is an acceptable data speed. I've tried rebooting, etc. to no avail. Each device listed above is experiencing the same speed so it's obviously a network issue. We recently switched from T Mobile in order to have access to Verizon's wider network. I just didn't expect speeds to be this low.

Sharing the screenshots here showing my Verizon Wireless data usage (well under my unthrottled quota) as well as the speed test.

gordonf238, we certainly want you to have the best possible service! Thank you for the address, as it is very helpful. I have reviewed the area, and it appears as it is surrounded by a lot of trees and foliage, which can interfere with the signal and line of sight to the cell towers. At this location, do you have trouble with calls or non iMessage text messages? Additionally, how far do you have to travel before speeds improve?
