I have a 2 month old S5. In the past few weeks, when I make a call, the person on the other end says my voice gets very quiet and then cuts out all together. I've noticed that on speakerphone I don't have this issue. Suggestions?

Hi Joe! Sad to see that you're experiencing audio issues on your S5. I do have some ideas, however. First, if you have a protective cover, ensure that it's been properly positioned on the device so that it isn't shifting over the microphone or other essential features of the device. Also, if you have a headset (wired or wireless), try your calls using that as well. That will help us to determine what the culprit might be. Please let me know how these ideas work for you!
